Employee ownership is unique, representing just 1 in 200 US companies. Our journey toward employee ownership began in 2001 with the establishment of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This pivotal decision was rooted in the belief of our founder, Mal Warwick, that the success of a company should be shared with the individuals who contributed to its growth. His vision extended beyond fair compensation to building a legacy that outlasts any single stakeholder.

Joining our ESOP is seamless and comes at no cost to any employee. Every employee is eligible after one year of employment. Each year, MWD makes a significant contribution to the ESOP, allowing our financial success to be transferred to every employee-owner.
